I know it’s a hectic week. Lots to do, buy, and take care of; so, I’ll keep this short and sweet. May you give yourself what you need. May you grant your own wish. Maybe it’s a big thing that you’re working toward or maybe you just need to rest your eyes for 5 mins or perhaps have some water.
I’m sending you happy feelings of joy and contentment, no matter if you “get it all done.”
There’s been a few changes in my life and I’m excited to share them with you, and I have something super cool to send you next week. But for now, I’m going to focus on deep inhales and exhales when I need to recenter.
And smiling.
And noticing the small moments of joy, like how my fur babies insist on snuggling with me in the early mornings when I journal or study.
