I’ve created a FREE challenge that’s about finding joy in eating foods that make us feel zesty and healthy!
For 5 days, we’ll be focusing on how we can eat more whole, real foods. I’ll explain how our culture has set us up for failure and what you can do about it – without going on a highly limiting diet or having to eat kale at every meal. Guys, this isn’t about restriction or perfection.
This challenge is for you, if you:
- Eat something “bad” and feel guilty
- Are confused about what to eat
- Think healthy food is a total pain
- Want a simple reset
You’ll get a little bit of science, some new recipes and tips about how to deal with cravings in reasonable way.
This challenge isn’t for you if you’re trying to lose weight quickly (although that might happen!). After just a few days, you’ll have a better understanding of ingredients and labels and eating healthy will be easier — and fun!
For years, I’ve followed different protocols and was so strict that even eating healthy made me sick (you can read about that here). I enjoyed food, but there was no joy in eating.
Joyful eating means freedom to savor what works for you.

- You will get menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you may need to get some groceries, but nothing too crazy (like 10 lbs of kale… although it is fun to throw in the air! 😁).
