I’ve created a FREE challenge that’s about finding joy in eating foods that make us feel zesty and healthy.
For 5 days, we’ll be focusing on how we can eat more whole, real foods. I’ll explain how our culture has set us up for failure and what you can do about it – without going on a highly limiting diet or having to eat kale at every meal. Guys, this isn’t about restriction or perfection.
This challenge is for you, if you:
- Eat something “bad” and feel guilty
- Are confused about what to eat
- Think healthy food is a total pain
- Want a simple reset
You’ll get a little bit of science, some new recipes and tips about how to deal with cravings in reasonable way.
This challenge isn’t for you if you’re trying to lose weight quickly (although that might happen!). After just a few days, you’ll have a better understanding of ingredients and labels and eating healthy will be easier — and fun!
For years, I’ve followed different protocols and was so strict that even eating healthy made me sick (you can read about that here). I enjoyed food, but there was no joy in eating.
Joyful eating means freedom to savor what works for you.
- It’s totally free.
- You will get menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you may need to get some groceries, but nothing too crazy (like 10 lbs of kale… although it is fun to throw in the air! 😁).
- It’s only 5 days!
- Facebook group + access to the Joyful Life Hub
- Perfection is NOT required
Here are some testimonials from the previous Real Food Challenge:
“I think the one thing that I took from this was having to be real and honest with myself while completing the assignments. It opened my eyes to some insight about myself that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks so much for offering this challenge!!” ~ Stephanie
“I have been eating pretty much junk in comparison to what I have done over the past 3-4 years. It felt really good to eat real food and not anything that dragged me down physically. I definitely felt good the entire week, even though there were some really bad challenges during that week. I think it may stick with me as kind of a reset.” ~ Angie
“I needed a reset and I needed new ideas when it came to feeding myself and my family. The Real Food Challenge did just that, and more! I look forward to making some of the recipes again and incorporating various ingredients as staples in my kitchen. And it truly helps to be reminded of the forces working against you when it comes to healthy eating.” ~ Emily
“I wanted to let you know since I’ve started this new food journey I have lost 3 lbs. I have stayed at my same weight since COVID and have been working out with a trainer 3 days a week. Thank you so much for all the awesome information I believe this will be a game changer for me!!” ~ Janet
