Be the Boss of Your Food is for you if you’re tired of being tired or if you feel disappointed or frustrated with your body. 

No more fad diets or feeling guilty. When you’re the boss, you’ll feel confident and knowledgeable about how to nourish yourself.

No more putting off taking care of yourself because you’re busy. I’ve got tips and tricks and life hacks for you! 😉

No more being driven by cravings and feeling out of control. This is a chance to reconnect to yourself and your goals.

This is a group program that starts on March 1 and goes through May.

This is perfect if you have summer goals, didn’t stick to your New Year’s resolutions or feeling sluggish and out of control with food. You’ll have support and guidance —someone to celebrate the wins and be there when it’s hard.


Each Month has a Theme

Month 1 ~ What do you want?  

Have you set goals before when it comes to losing weight and feeling better then felt disappointed and frustrated with yourself? We’ll set goals in a way that you’ve never experienced before. With some accountability, you’ll get rid of that viscious cycle of dieting. With a combination of science, intuition and slight behavioral conditioning, you’ll create lifestyle changes that will last.

Month 2 ~ You Matter!

Do you sometimes feel out of control with food? It’s possible to remove the guilt, stop overeating and feel good in your body. Stress and anxiety IMPACT your eating habits — as you subconsciously use food to manage your emotions. Your body deserves better. It’s time to free yourself from the scale dictating your mood and how you should feel about yourself and your body.   

Month 3 ~ We’ll figure out your food puzzle!

We focus on joyful eating, cooking tips and creating habits (think, menu planning!). When it comes to healthy eating, there’s forces working against us everywhere we turn. We’ll cover cravings, macro nutrients, and work on a food and eating plan for you.

What to Expect

This is a group program, so we will have 1 group call per month. PLUS, two 1:1 private call with me to help you determine your goals and one at the end to set you up for success.

There will be activities and resources in the Joyful Life Learning Hub. Plus access to me via text or email throughout the program, as we work on your plan or if you want support. You can expect a non-judgy, informative and fun experience.
