Be the Boss of Your Food is for you if you’re tired of being tired, if you don’t know what to eat or if you’re making the same unfulfilling choices. You’ll get support and ideas to create healthy habits, so you feel vibrant and energetic — even through the holidays!!!

No more fad diets or feeling guilty. When you’re the boss, you’ll feel confident and knowledgeable about how to nourish your body.

No more putting off taking care of yourself because you’re busy. I’ve got tips and tricks and life hacks for you! 😉

No more being driven by cravings and feeling out of control. This is a chance to reconnect to yourself and your goals.

This is a group program that starts on November 1 and goes through January.

During these hectic months of overwhelm and overeating, you’ll have support and guidance —someone to celebrate the wins and be there when it’s hard.


Each Month has a Theme

November ~ All about Food!  

We focus on joyful eating, cooking tips and creating habits (think, menu planning!). When it comes to healthy eating, there’s forces working against us everywhere we turn. We’ll cover cravings, macro nutrients, and work on a food and eating plan for you.

December ~ You Matter!

We’ll keep it simple this month with lots of support through the most stressful time of the year. There’s so much pressure during the holidays and this can usually mean our health and well-being goes up the chimney. There really are ways to stay connected to yourself and not live in a chronic state of stress.  

January ~ Be the Boss!

Time to regroup and refocus on your health goals! This is a time of empowerment, claiming what you want and going after it. You’ll build on your habits and expand what’s possible for you.

What to Expect

This is a group program, so we will have 1 group call per month. There will be activities and resources in the Joyful Life Learning Hub. Plus access to me via text, voxer or email throughout the program, as we work on your plan or if you want support. You can expect a non-judgy, informative and fun experience.

There was a time when I was on my bathroom floor late at night googling “binge eating.” I’ve followed lots of different eating protocols, but being the boss isn’t about someone else’s rules.

I workout, eat with nutrition in mind, I have great sex and I do those things from a place of joy, not punishment or obligation.
