I’ll share my proven framework to help you with sticking to your goals in REAL time. You’ll turn your intentions in actions. Perhaps you feel out of control with food. Maybe you use food to cope with stress. Or are you all or nothing??? If you eat one cookie, you eat 10. You’re probably thinking it’s not possible to get rid of the guilt, stop overeating and or feel good in your body.
I hear it all the time in casual conversation, “I know what to do, I just don’t do it.”
But it doesn’t have to be that way. With this framework, I’ll give you something that will keep you fired up and focused. Also, being driven to take care of your wellness doesn’t mean you need to give up your social life!
Cook Without Stress
We focus on joyful eating, cooking tips and creating habits (think, menu planning!). When it comes to healthy eating, there’s forces working against us everywhere we turn. I’ll share recipes and the tips and tricks that you’ll be able to incorporate into your life in a way that works for you.
Movement To Reduce Anxiety and Increase Joy
Do you feel scattered? Like a ping pong ball? There’s this and that to do NOW. And what if you forget or fail someone? Or miss an important thing!!! There’s so much going on and you’ve got to manage it ALL. You might think that working out takes time away from productivity, but what it actually does is make you stronger and centered. And definitely more capable in other areas of your life.
Movement reduces anxiety and increases energy. That’s pretty sweet, right? I’ll deliver some total body, mind and spirit exercises and flows that will make you able to take care of your people with even joy!
What you learn in 6 short weeks will stay with you for the rest of your life. This framework is simple, but profound.
Figuring what and how to cook can be overwhelming. It doesn’t have to be though. Trust me, I used to have to dust my stove!
You won’t need any fancy equipment. We’ll focus on moving in a way that gives you energy to do what you want.
